My name is Maxime. I am working (and living, though) in the United States - Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a research scholar. I am 28 years old. I am an open-minded guy and I enjoy each second of my life beside my research activities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered traveling few years ago. And I think I fell in love :-)
It's so amazing to meet people from other countries and discover new cultures. I guess couchsurfing is the best way to make it. Yes, I might book some hotel room, but to be honest it so boring to get in the evening alone without speaking to anyone. For me, Coughsurfing is not only a way to share a flat and say goodbye after ten days, it is a real experience to get and give friendship.

Interests

I really like hanging out with my friends when I have spare time. I love swimming, playing Judo and going to the gym. Sometimes I play video games and appreciate sightseeing.

I guess my favorite band is definetly Coldplay ! My favorite sitcom is "Malcolm in the Middle" and my favorite movie is "Contact" starring Jodie Foster

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the most amazing thing I did, was visiting India for 3 months. Never in my life I would expect some experience like this one. After this trip I understood why everyone says "Everything is possible in India" :-)
