Hello ! I'm Maxime from Corsica, France.
Currently living in Marseille in an artist/political community.

I'm travelling and woofing across Canada/Usa this autumn and could really use a couch to sleep on during my adventure and some local friends.

Not sure how to describe my personality, but I think I'm very curious and passionate about lots of topics, wether political or simply about arts or the simple things in life.
I like to learn about the history of a place and it's people, I believe testimonies are the most valuable things in this life and in sharing/receiving them we might be able to make a positive impact around us.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Living in squats and communities for the past 4 years.
They literally saved my life when I was at the lowest, looking for something to wake up for and people to see me and love me.
I have so many stories to tell, I saw the worst and best of humankind. Experienced all sorts of wonderful moments of sharing and finding other ways to work together, striving toward a more just and equitable society where everyone has a purpose.
Living in a community is like living in a village; you get the drama, the hard moments of confrontation to adress a problem, but you also get to see it thrive and bloom into something beautiful, sometimes very short lived but somehow eternal and timeless.
Never have I met such strong, motivated, resourceful, loving and caring people as I did these past four years.
Or at least that's my experience of it.
