Hi!

My name's Maxime, 29 years young and I was born and raised in one of the most beautiful cities of Belgium, Ghent. I recently quit my job as banker to travel around the world. My plan is to visit Australia, New-Zealand and South-East Asia for the coming year.
My hobbies are climbing, calisthenics and hanging out with friends.
I'm a very friendly and social guy. Always willing to meet new people and share interesting stories over a glass of Belgian beer! :-D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have to admit, I'm new here. :) Since I'm going to travel around Australia for the coming months I'll probably stay in hostels and try out couch surfing to get in touch with local people and culture. Before I leave on the 27th of September I'll gladly welcome some couch surfers in my awesome city!
