ABOUT ME

I am bioengineer, doing research on Tuberculosis, in Paris.
I've been on a one year long Erasmus in Finland and continue to travel with the Erasmus state of mind: meeting new people, new cultures, and unexpected great moments!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The authenticity of staying at people's house is what makes a trip wonderful. Being able to share the local way of life is what I am looking for when I travel. I love meeting open minded people whom are willing to share their philosophy with me. You learn much more about the country you visit when you see it from the inside. The highlights of my previous travels have often been the people I've met.

Interests

Theater, Rock Climbing, Cooking, Meeting people and trying to understand the world.
I've began photography too. I enjoy cultural events and finding unexpectedly awesome places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Loads of different movies: From Kubrick, to some underground movies. I am really interested in cinema and always want to discover new strange or innovative movies.

About books: I like french classical literature. But I never have enough time to read everything that I would like.

For the music, I like especially Jazz, but also Electro music, progressive rock (Doors, Pink Floyd...)
Amongst others bands I like are : Philip Glass, No smoking orchestra, Alt-J, Led Zeppelin, Genesis, Louis Armstrong, Odezenne, C2C, Bach, Iggy Pop...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw Northern Light in Lapland. It was pretty cool!

I love cooking, I could teach French cuisine and I would like to learn new kind of cuisine!
