I'm Max, I grew up in Cologne and moved to Hamburg two years ago. When I don't need to do university-stuff, I hang around with friends or visit people in other cities . I'm studying Middle Eastern Studies and learning Arabic, so I'm quite interested in travelling to these areas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing in Israel and Jordan last February with same friends. It was great to get to know locals and have a nice and cheap place to stay. I think it is one of the best ways to have relaxed trips all over the world. Right now I'm planing my trip to Denmark and Sweden, and in September I'll be in Lebanon, so there are enough chances to meet chouchsurfers.

Interests

I'm pretty interested in political and social happenings in the near and middle East, but in music, art, parties, and beer as well. I think things which I'm interested in aren't limited.
