Hi guys,

My name is Maxine :) I was living in Taiwan for most of my childhood years but then moved to the United States when I was 14.

In 2016, I came back to this beautiful land of Taiwan. I am still trying to travel to as many places as I can so I can experience different kinds of culture! I love food, architectures, cultural events, natures.. basically anything. I also love hiking and all kinds of outdoorsy activities! If you are visiting Taiwan, I would love to share the beauty of Taiwan with you and also share culture background and stories of Taiwan.

I plan to attend volunteer work camps starting next year summer, most likely are going to be environmental protection work or child care work. My ultimate goal is traveling to difference countries... for now my plans are Europe, South Asia and Africa.

I would love to know how travelers explore all over the world, and how they see Taiwan as a beautiful island. I want to be able to help others in need while they are in Taiwan. And when I travel, I want to see the real side of the place instead of the fancy tourist spots.
