ABOUT ME

I am a very easy person to get to know and one thing i have always loved doing is meeting new people. I love finding out about the weird and wonderful things and stories people have to talk about. I travelled all around South America in 2010 by myself and absolutely loved meeting so many new people from all over the world so i'm super excited about the prospect of couch surfing. Music is what drives me in life. I love almost every aspect of it whether it's writing , going to gigs or just finding some amazing gems online. I have just finished my university degree in International History and Politics and i like to think i am ambitious. I try to always be active ( I run 10 miles twice a week) and when abroad i am always eager to see as much as possible. Oh and also I LOVE CATS!!

PHILOSOPHY

I think it is always important to be open when meeting new people. Being judgemental gets you nowhere.

For me the most important thinkg in life is to be happy and do things that make this happiness sustainable. I think this is especially applicable to the work you choose to do.

I'm a newbie!

I am passionate about music. Now i have finished my university degree i am pursuing a career in the music industry as a singer-songwriter. I love every aspect of music (i even hosted two radio shows at my university). Some of my favourite artists include, Jeff Buckley, The Smiths, Ray Charles, Radiohead and Fleetwood Mac. However my music taste ranges from House to Jazz to Rock to Funk.... the list could go on forever. Other interests/ hobbies of mine include, Photography, reading and running. I am an amateur photographer also. In regards to reading i love a wide range of books, from Truman Capote's 'In Cold Blood', Gabriel Garcia Marquez's 'Love in the Time of Cholera' to the more recent 'Silver Lining Playbook' by Matthew Quick. Ultimately what interests me is anything that is fun and that will make me happy.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Travelled all around South America for 5 and half months by myself when i was 19. Had the most amazing time and met dozens and dozens of truly great characters.

Galapagos islands have to be up there too.
