About Me

CURRENT MISSION

finding clarity in globalized chaos.

ABOUT ME

Studying, travelling, making friends, taking photos, working in between and always eager to learn. Contemplative but not introverted.

Breathing in and out.

PHILOSOPHY

No dogmas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travelled with a friend who already was an early day couchsurfer and it was not difficult to convince me to join as well. Couchsurfing seems to be just what I had been looking for. A way to travel, that allows you to take deeper view into the country you are travelling. Hotel rooms look the same all around the world, people's homes don't. It is a great way to get in touch with locals, make friends and restore the sometimes shattered faith in humanity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few days of couch surfing in China,

A one week couch surfing trip to Latvia,

A one week couch surfing trip to Ukraine,

A one week couch surfing trip to Istanbul,

A two-week-couchsurfing-trip in Russia:

All of them were great! I met really warm hearted, kind, outgoing and very smart people. I learned more about the places I went than I could have in any other way, considering the short amount of time I spent there.

Interests

Observe, listen and try to understand. Experience the other. Go beyond boundaries.
