ABOUT ME

Through the cooking I show my feelings and through the writing my soul. Those are my two biggest passions.

Living in Amsterdam for the past 6 years. I work as a chef. I love food (who doesn't?) but in particular pastry!!

Its been a life changing experience to live abroad. I got the opportunity to travel and make friends from many places.

When I travel I'm that kind of guy that never stops, I prefer to walk and try to get the feeling of the place, to understand the way people live there.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to do everything I want, life is too short! but remember: that we live every day we wake up and we only die once.

I think cooking is an art, and I love any kind of artistic expression. I play the piano by myself at home and once I painted a picture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, what can i say... I'm into Pop, Indie rock, electronic and soul music. I'm a huge fan of classic music like Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Beethoven and also Opera, yeah it may sound kinda strange but that's the beauty of humans, we are unique in our tastes.

I had a time when I watched many many movies, now I don't have much time.
