Hi everyone.
I am Max, a boy from Eastern Germany ready to live the gipsy life.
I come from a rather small village, and whilst enjoying the comfort of growing up calm and close to my family, I always dreamed of seeing the whole wide world in all its facets.
At the age of 18 I headed off to Brazil to do voluntary work and by coincidende got to travel to Ecuador as well. This journey made me fall in love with South America: its culture, its people and its countryside. That is why I am again traveling South America, trying to dive deeper into this incredible continent, living a life without regrets.

Every single encounter I had via Couchsurfing has been amazing: I did not only find hosts who spread the energy of their home right to me, but also fellow surfers with whom I shared some of the best days of my life.

Interests

I am and have always been a language fanatic: For me, a language opens up a whole new world of culture, livestyle and thinking. This is also why I love meeting new people, eager to hear their stories and lessons life has told them.
Besides, I spend much time making music: I play trumpet and also a little bit guitar. In Germany, I frequently went to open jam sessions where people play together, and I hope to continue this during my travels.
