Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm visiting a childhood friend in Germany, and looking to make a 2 day trip to Strasbourg, France. Already booked a bus ticket and was in the process of booking a hostel, when I unfortunately found out the hostel doesn't accept debit card payments over the internet. This is my effort to find another (maybe cooler) place to stay. I have since gotten the hostel booked smoothly, but I figured I might as well give this a shot. If I don't use couchsurfing this time around I definitely will in my future travels. Meeting new people and making new friends are two of my favorite things.

I believe that two of many things all humans share a love for are good food, and good music. I'm looking to experience that firsthand with as many wonderful people in as many places as possible! I also want to skateboard in as many places as I can before I die.

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh man where to start? I'm a hip hop head foremost, but I also like jazz, house, techno, classical, and ambient music. Any movie that makes me laugh is a good one. Books? There are far too many to name here, but I've recently finished Aleph by Paulo Coelho, as well as Einstein's Dreams by Alan Lightman and both were fantastic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I run my own business teaching skateboarding lessons to local kids in my hometown. I have inspired multiple children to push their limits, overcome their fears, and set and achieve goals.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to teach you how to ride a skateboard, or show you some chords and scales on a guitar or piano if you have either. I will happily learn anything about food. I'd absolutely love to learn about your taste in music and listen to what you like. I'd also like to share my own music with you! (I make hip-hop beats as well as various flavors of electronic music)
