ABOUT ME

I am a student who is a little bit tired of studying, but doesn't really know what else to do with her life. I am known as the "nerdy" one 'caus I read a lot about everything and anything. I wish I could win the lotery to spend the rest of my life traveling; the only problem is I don't play the lotery!

PHILOSOPHY

Si tu ne vaux pas une risée, tu vaux pas grand chose! Best translation is if you can't laugh of yourself, you're not worth much! Life is fun, so enjoy it!

兴趣

I like to learn/see new things, that's why I read so much, it's the cheapest way to travel! I also like hockey, tennis and soccer: I'm more of a couch athlete than a real one...

Books: La reine Margot, Le comte de Monte Cristo, Millenium trilogy, Henning Mankell's books, Margaret Atwood's books, Marie Laberge's Annabelle, I also like comics (Persepolis, Maus, Mafalda, Gaston Lagaffe, etc.)
Music: I listen to pretty much anything but mostly old French singers (Aznavour, Brassens, Dassin, etc) and I love "québécois" singers (Ariane Moffat, Stefie Shock, Dumas, Gilles Vignault, etc.)
Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies, I prefer TV, but I prefer comedies over dramas.

I know a whole lot about steam trains! I don't think it's very useful, but I worked on one for years so I learned a lot about them... I'm also a pretty good cook, I can teach you how to make cookies, cakes, pies, pizza, lots of pasta dishes, etc.
