Hello!! My name is Maya and I love traveling more than anything. I just graduated from college so now I'm hoping I can do it a lot more :) I've travelled extensively in the Caribbean and South America, and am now traveling through Europe solo, so I'm hoping to meet a lot of people over there in the upcoming months!

I love dancing, laughing, and experiencing different cultures. I am very curious about everyone that I meet and love going out and having a good time. I adore getting to know people and hope for the chance to get to know you!

I am on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people everywhere I am, especially when I am traveling alone. I have found that my best experiences have come from hanging out with people who actually live at the place I am visiting, which is what I always aim to achieve!

Music, Movies, and Books

I try to make it my duty to get to know the music of every place I go. Otherwise, some of my favorite genres are hip hop, soul, r&b, and alternative, plus I really enjoy dancing to house and salsa!

I'm really into both watching and making films. Although I have to admit that I'm not a great critic and get emotionally invested in almost everything I watch

This goes double for books! I love reading more than anything and find it really hard not to get into books - I eat up every genre!!
