I like instrumentals in jazz, Morrocan, and Caribbean music. I also like chanting. Deva Premel is one of my favorite Pandora stations. High vibe hip-hop (Common, Tribe Called Quest). Soul (Jill Scott, India Arie, Erykah Badu) I like to dance if the music feels good I'm in! Words are powerful and I pay attention to what's being said in the music.

Books on women, spirituality, tantra, energy are my faves. Currently, reading The Red Tent. I Love poetry.

I traveled to New Zealand for a 3-week spirit medicine journey when I was 5 months pregnant
