Hia, I'm Maya!
Some things about me are that I love cooking and baking and I am a Baking and Pastry Arts Management student at George Brown College.
I love volunteering and back in California, a majority of my life was spent in scouting. Camping and hiking are the best things you could do, nature is just the best place to be. I love traveling and I grew up going on adventures with my family. I really want to explore the world and meet new people to build connections with others from all over.

One of my favourite movies of all time is 10 Things I Hate About You, I really like romantic comedies and superhero films.

My favourite author is Nicholas Sparks and I seem to fall in love with all of his books. I'm really into Young Adult and Fiction novels.

I like everything in terms of music and I'm always looking for new artists, so culture me in your favourite music.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Although I am only 20, I am very fortunate to have been able to of travel all over the world.
I am on the Dean's Ambassadors list at my college so I get to meet new students and participate in many different foods events. An example of a food event I went to this year was the Restaurants Canada 2018 show. Its something you cannot attend unless you're actively in the industry, so as a student I was able to volunteer so I could attend and network.

I think every day that I am able to make someone's day a little bit better, it's something amazing that I am able to do.
