Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can't currently host since my flat is tiny but I need Couchsurfing for travel because as much as I love exploring, I don't always have enough money to fund my accommodations. I also just enjoy it because I love meeting new people, spontaneous experiences, and storytelling, and I can get all three of those out of Couchsurfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biked 80 miles around Lake Tahoe in one day while still healing from an accident that injured my entire body 6 weeks prior. Began experiencing pain about halfway through, but I was too stubborn to quit so I kept going and made it!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you’re into photography, movies, TV, etc. I’d love to discuss! I’ve been taking film photos for 15 years but only just recently began taking it seriously in the last couple years so I love talking about it with anyone and everyone. Many moons ago I was also an amateur bike mechanic so I can teach you how to fix your brakes but not much else haha. Also I play Fortnite religiously so if you like video games and want to check out Fortnite, I got you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook vegan food (I’m no chef but where there’s a will there’s a way) and clean for you, share a few of my hundreds of crazy life stories (I was once almost kidnapped, survived a tsunami and a house fire, did impromptu surgery on a baby seagull, etc.) and listen to yours, give you music suggestions (I used to be a radio host!), impromptu casual photo shoots, etc etc
