ABOUT ME

I am curious passionate and grateful to be alive. I love learning and teaching. I grew up in the California mountains by the sea. Went to college in the Pacific Northwest forest near the puget sound. Community is very important to me and I love exploring and creating.

Live in the present, based on what you learned from the past and what you hope for the future. Not just as an individual but as part of the greater whole.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have only been a couchsurfur, but I am very much looking forward to hosting once I make a home again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a lovely first couchsurfing experience in Germany, talking with my host late into the night and going to a theater arts festival by the river.

兴趣

I love kinetic arts such as fire spinning and dancing, healing arts such as massage and acro yoga, and visual arts like painting and drawing. I also enjoy drinking tea, going on adventures outdoors, discussing life and hearing what others are making of it and plotting how we humans can live sustainably and enjoyably on the planet.

音乐、电影和书籍

There are so many books I have enjoyed! Some of them are His Dark Materials series, Feed, Einsteins Dreams, Ender's Shadow, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Dune, Stories of Eva Luna, Crow Planet and many others.

Music is another realm where it is very hard for me to choose favorites. A few are the Punch Brothers, Welder, Devil Makes Three, Sean Hayes, Iron and Wine and Jesca Hoop.

I am less versed in movies but still certainly enjoy them.

I have been blessed with so many beautiful sunsets and sunrises, so many moments of shared laughter, so many tactile delights, it's hard to choose favorites.

教，学，和分享

I enjoy sharing my love of acro yoga! I have helped facilitate many play groups and introduced quite a few people to this wonderful practice.
Also happy to teach what I know of kinetic arts and evolutionary principles. I am curious about so many things! From buddhism to economcis, anything you have to share I am happy to learn.
