Overview
About Me
I'm from the East coast of the U.S.A. I've also lived for many years on the West coast of Canada and in the Midwest of the states. Now I'm in the Mountain West. I've taken a lot away from moving from coast to coast. Mainly, a great love of nature.
I enjoy quiet and relaxed time just as much as a good conversation and shared activities.
I have a small business as a professional organizer. My work is de-cluttering and sorting spaces as well as supporting people in organizing, honoring and playing with memories, objects, ideas and possibilities.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I lived in a couchsurfer friendly house for a year and enjoyed meeting many travelers and supporting them in their travels. Letting lives overlap this way really opens the mind and warms the heart. I also grew up in a culture of hospitality and travel. My family hosted people from all over the world. I learned so much from travellers and how much it meant for them to have a "home base."
Interests
Writing, doodling, live music, meditation, hiking, improv theatre, contact improv, learning guitar, puppetry and somatic therapies (dancing, yoga, tai ji, contact improv, movement-anything), hanging out in public spaces/ the commons.
Music, Movies, and Books
Very eclectic...so I will just list a bunch:
