ABOUT ME

As most people on this site I fell in love with traveling and can't seem to kick the wanderlust. I think I'm an easygoing person, trying to make the most of each day and see as much of this lovely world as I can. I studied youth counseling and have worked in the mental health and crisis counseling field for a number of years but am currently on a bit of a career break and trying (failing) my hand in travel writing. I love books, music and all that great artsy stuff:) I'm looking for a balance in the wild/fun and the peaceful/spiritual sides of travel and living abroad.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to couch surfers but I would like to help people with any advice I can possibly offer regarding places I've been or lived. Unfortunately I cannot host at this time but would love to give back to the couchsurfing community in this way in the future.

Hmmm off the top of my head...sunrise at Temple IV in Tikal, Guatemala.....Swimming with manatees in Belize...cliff jumping in Greece. But moments are better shared and the best ones were the ones with friends, old and new.
