About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Explore and take the time to see the world and different cultures, seeing how other people live and what they think.
ABOUT ME
Ok, so I am 22 and I was born in the province of Quebec but when I was four years old, my parents decided to move to the Yukon. So I grew up there and When I was sixteen, I traveled alone to British-Columbia to see different places. That's when I got the traveling bugs ... After that I hitch-hiked across Canada, went down to Mexico by bus and traveled central America. After that I settle down for a bit in Quebec city and went to college for two year, meanwhile I went back to the Yukon a few times and explored Québec allot. So here I am now but I got the gitters and I am planning to leave for a five month trip in Spain, Morocco and maybe eastern Europe. Well see....
PHILOSOPHY
I love....... LOVE
no seriously I am not very certain in what to believe in and what is right or wrong. All I know is that the energy and thoughts we project out into the world come back to us in some sort of way, therefore I try to keep positivity in my life so I will meet good people that reflect what I reflect.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was hitch-hiking in mexico with my boyfriend at the time and it was almost the end of our trip and we didn't have much money. We got piked up by an Italian man that lived in mexico, he brought us to his house and made us supper with pesto and parmesan that he had ordered from Italy. It felt so good to eat something different that beans and tortillas!
besides that, I was often offered a place to stay while hitch-hiking in Canada. People that pick you up are often really friendly and open. Once somebody even paid us a hotel room for a night because he could not bring us to his house.
Interests
Of course I like traveling especially in beautiful places.I really love visual arts (painting, mozaïques etc.) I doodle often.
I like to read, especially philosophy book.
I do Yoga when I can because it relaxes and centers me. I like swimming.
I love being in the woods and hiking, it brings me close to nature.
I love music and I wish I would play more instruments but I do play a bit of guitar.
I have done fire spinning (poi) for a little while and I really enjoy dancing with them.
I like watching movies ( Fellini, Woody Allen )

Music, Movies, and Books
Narcisse and Goldmund by Hermann Hesse
Incredible lightness of being by Milan Kundera
le zèbre by alexandre Jardin
otherwise I like world music, good techno, some older artist. I dont have a favorite movie but I like independent movies not with million dollar budjets so you can see the creative side of a director.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once, I went to see a volcano in Guatemala and when we got to the top, there was a river of liquid lava running just a couple feet from us. It was like an apocalyptical vision to see the insides of the earth running down the mountain. The smell of sulfur was really intense and we had to breathe slowly. It was a pretty cool experience
