Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my opinion using Couchsurfing is the best way to travel and get to meet people with the same idea of enjoying life. It connects you with other wonderful individuals and gives you the chance of an amazing way to explore the world and experience different cultures. I'd rather stay on a locals inflatable mattress than alone in an overpriced hotel complex.

I took a swim in a glacier river, in winter.
I went on a roadtrip to France with an old VW-bus.
I drank stale horsemilk with mongolian nomads.
I went scuba diving in an old shipwreck at the coast of Italy.
I ate Haggis in Scotland.
I dyed my hair with red lice in an uzbek silk factory.
I did a sailing trip in Croatia.
I spontaniously visited Ljubljana for just one day.
I did my first backflip off a cliff in corsica.
I saw nothern lights in Iceland.
I enjoyed a sunny week in London.
I quit smoking.
I spontaniously climbed Peak Utchitel (4535 m.a.s.l) after I‘ve been solo-traveling Kyrgyzstan for one month.
I travelled to Mongolia a second time to race with wild horses over the endless steppes.
I solo-walked the West Highland Way in Scotland.
I solo-cycled the Trans Germany Route (Basel - Berlin).
