European Vacation!

I'm in the process of planning a European vacation with a good friend of mine. She and I want to visit Spain, France and Italy for the first time and are having a great time researching the trip! We are looking for an awesome experience and to fill our 3 weeks with as much fun and excitement as possible, plus a little of the oohing an ahhing that comes with choice tourist attractions.
