So I'm hitting the road for the month of March across the USA with a band I manage. There will be 6 of us travelling from the East coast to the west, including playing shows at SXSW. We'll be driving in a bus and need to try and keep costs down.

We're all Irish, and the band are all in their early 20's. Most have never been to the US before, and having done some couchsurfing in my 20's (hosting and staying) and met some wonderful people, I thought this could be a fun thing for us to try and look into

I love the idea of couch surfing and hope to be of service to people when i can with the hope that in return i may meet some like minded good people out there all over the world. The idea behind this community excites me and for that reason i want to be a part of it and help it grow

I have surfed and hosted. Hosted in Ireland and surfed in Peru. I enjoy both and love meeting new people :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Took a hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings in Egypt first thing in the morning and watched the sun come up over The Nile...
Climbed an active Volcano, Pacaya in Guatemala and watched the burning lava pour out from the earths crust 5 foot awat from me....
Camped amoung the howler monkeys in the Northern jungles of Guatemala and watched the sunset and rise from the top of the ancient Mayan temples of Tikal.
Volunteered in an orphanage in Phonm Penn in Cambodia and helped make the childrens life a little bit better for a little while... at least i hope so, there were definately lots of smiles and laughs
