I am an environmental consultant based in London. Been traveling around the world to raise awareness about a new project, e-gaia.net off the ground. Now back in London thinking of how to juggle this with my workload.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a school, a wonderful opportunity to experience, learn and better ourselves. Its like an interactive and magical massive computer game!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch surfing has been a great experience so far. After traveling for months on my own I missed some company. Also realised you can never get to really know a place in a few days/weeks so your host can give you completely different experience! It has also been a great way to extend my networks. Thinking of 'paying-back' with a stay in the converted church in London... But it can seldom be offered as I share flat!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Coming into close contact with the Swiss Alps, the awe of their size and the beauty of water just trickling down the stones.

First gaze at the Nepali Coast in Kauai, North Hawaii. Dramatic yet beautiful landscape with a deep blue sea topped with the smooth white of the long waves.

Finding out that the mountain where Byron Bay (Australia) is located is in fact made of pure crystals. No wonder the natives considered it a healing and sacred place!
