We love all kinds of movies, even the ones like The Rocky Horror Picture Show :P

When it comes to music we prefer electronic music and rock n' roll (meaning: punk, metal, classics...).
My -Mayte- favourite artist is Joaquin Sabina, he is followed by Leonard Cohen, Eric Clapton, The Doors, The Who, Metallica, U2, Rammstein, La Chancha (you'll know the last one when you arrive)... I'll stop here cause this is a really huge list.
As you see, we are really open to nearly all kinds of music.

Rodrigo is really into science fiction novels (Who ever wrote Dune, Asimov, C. Clarke...), I like it too, but I prefer García Marquez, Benedetti, Cortazar, Saramago. We share the taste for Terry Pratchett, Tolkien and Orson Scott Card :D

We can teach you some history from Uruguay (only if you want to, of course) and show you interesting places to go around here, like museums, parks and dance floors ;)

I -Mayte- can drive you through the exotic art of Bellydance and (specially) American Tribal Style. Also I love talking about politics, philosophy, psychology, literature, greek mhitology and so on.
Rodrigo can discuss about almost anything! Ask him about physics, literature, chemistry, music, series, role playin games... he'll always have something new you didn't know. Some times he'll tell you "Ask Mayte", it's almost certain it'll happen :P

I love to cook, so you'll be able to try some Uruguayan tipical food and international dishes (all with a pinch of my own style). Any new recepies from your country will be more than welcomed!
