ABOUT ME

After many years slogging it out in London we decided to quit our jobs last year to go on a year long cycle trip around the world starting in New Zealand, then China, South East Asia and finally Jerusalem through Europe back to London. We are both easy going types and enjoy great food, travelling, meeting interesting people and new experiences.
We are now living in wonderful Bristol with housemates Jen & Jeff

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have just arrived back (in September 2011) from a year long cycle tour from New Zealand back to London. Even though many of the places we visited were jaw-droppingly beautiful, the memories of the places blur with time. However, the seemingly endless, sometimes humbling, almost always lifeaffirming experiences of couchsurfing remain vivid. Now we are back in the UK we are keen to pay it forward.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
We are veracious readers with quite eclectic taste. We love reading texts in context so alot of the books we have read on our trip have been authored by nationals of the country we are travelling through or set in that country including:
