One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The best happenstance meeting I ever had occurred in a restaurant in New York City: An older man wearing a jacket covered in cartoons and illustrations sat at the table next to me and loudly told his friends amazing stories that I couldn't help but overhear and couldn't help but be intrigued by. The man had traveled across the world (he was born in Russia and had lived in Paris), and paints the most amazing, lively paintings I've ever seen. So I met the artist Konstantine Bokov, who became a very good friend and a spiritual inspiration.
Teach, Learn, Share
I knit crazy hats and finger puppets (never with a pattern!), cook vegetarian meals, and can dance tango and blues. I don't know how to play any musical instruments, but would love to learn!
