I love anything "vintage" that appears to have a story behind it - therefore I spend a lot of time in antique and thrift stores. I would love to create new things from old things but I don't allow myself the time very much - too busy working I guess. I love the Colorado sunshine and the beautiful sages and reds of the local landscape around Pueblo, and I stare at the moon at night. I am active in my community with local environmental and social justice issues, and I'm a geeky scientist.
