ABOUT ME

I love to travel and enjoy languages. I like to ski, hike, visit National Parks, meet new people and learn more about the world. We make friends most everywhere we go and everyone who knows us knows that our place is always open to our friends. We like antiques, good wine, stamp collecting, steep ski slopes, all things France. We have 2 chihuahuas. Mokie-14 and Oliver-6 and a cat named Brie. We have2 wonderful daughters: Corinne, and Abby, and the memory of our son Zach who we lost in November 2013. Christine and I have been together since 2008 and we married in 2010. I would spend my last buck on travel or good food and good times with friends! We are non-smokers, no drugs, open-minded in our views, non-judgmental. Creature comforts are great...but we know how to rough it too!

PHILOSOPHY

Live each day to the fullest. Everyone has a right to be happy in life...if you aren't happy, it's up to you to figure out what will make you happy, and then find a way to go for it. I appreciate honesty and loyalty...you get what you give..

Stamps, antiques, good wine, golden retrievers and chihuahuas, cats, travel, skiing, mountain scenery, photography, french, old documents, history, interested in WWI and WWII history in particular, want to see every US National Park and as many others around the world as we can.

Hiking/Skiing in and around Telluride...the San Juan Mts are amazing! Camel Trek in the Erg Chebi Dunes near Merzouga, Morocco, Northern Lights in Finland, Maui, the island of Santorini, Greece, Glacier, Yosemite, Zion National Parks to name just a few. For Christine, Lake Louise and Banff, Canada as well as Jackson Hole, Wyoming are favorites...also time in Puerto Rico, the Bahamas and Ireland.
