One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

my first trip to sweden and was awesome. Maybe it was before Couchsurfing was invented, me and my firend Urs wrote various People on ICQ if we can sleep at there place. and suddenly a girl from Uppsala/sweden answered. So we gave her the date, when we will arrive and she wrote back, that she will not be in uppsala on that weekend, but she will store the key in the letter box.

we arrived there somewhere in the cold at minus 25 degrees in the middle of the night and we found luckily the key and a small piece of paper with phonenumbers from friends of her to party with....
we had the best trip to sweden ever and it was far above all of our imaginations and we are still friends with the swedish girl
