I’m traveling Europe to learn all the things the American education system has not taught me- real world knowledges. I have been travelling for almost a month and I love every second of responsibility, independence, and working hard for simple gratitudes. As a person you can expect me to be inquisitive and curious as I find people most fascinating. You should also prepare for sharp humor, lots of jokes and sarcasm.

I chose couchsurfing in hopes to meet and connect with people who aren’t in the system for money in any way. I am looking for people down to just swap experiences, knowledges, and backgrounds with individuals they may not bump into normally on the street. I have enjoyed hostels, but I think they are too structured like summer camp and manicured to everyone except the locals- the whole reason we seek new places in the first place.
That being said, this app isn’t Tinder, and I DO NOT want any host to accept me for reasons other than platonic companionship. If you are looking for a traveler to be romantic with, you’ve got the wrong girl, please do not accept me.

Dropped out of university 3 days before move in to instead work on a farm for the semester. Then went on to start at Appalachian State University with a major in Agro-Ecology. Best decision I’ve ever made.
