ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Quebec City in a big family. I just moved to Montreal to pursue my studies in music.
Trying to live the fine balance between being easy going and disciplined. I traveled a bit in Mexico and South America, and western Canada, as well as in Europe for the past couple summers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To make 2 pie crusts:
2 cups of flour
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup icy cold water
salt

Put the flour in a bowl and dig a hole in it
put the butter in and using two knives, cut it into very small chunks
add the water and handle gently and very briefly to form 2 balls
roll on a flat surface covered in flour
fold in two to place in the pan
make holes using a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 400F,
then fill up with the fruit of your creativity and enjoy !
