Soy una persona simple, alegre, soñadora y sincera.
Decidi estudiar gastronomia porque para mi la comida es una gran forma de conocer un lugar, una persona o una cultura y tambien asi dar a conocer de donde vengo.
Amo aprender cosas nuevas en cada lugar al que viajo, y tambien tener la oportunidad de compartir una parte de mi cultura con la gente que voy conociendo en el camino.

I decided to study cookery because I think that food is a great way to learn and get to know a new place, a person or a culture, and also to share my own culture with others.
I love to learn new things in every place I travel to, and to have the oportunity to share my own experiences with the people I know along the road.
