ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Minh Chau, or just MC. I'm a 27 year old student from Germany, Cologne.
I love traveling, I just believe it's a great way to broaden your horizon. That's why I try to incorporate as many terms abroad as possible during my studies.
In 2016, I went to Taiwan and traveled around Asia as well to get back in touch with my origins. Now, I am soon to embark on a journey in the USA. The people I have met during my travels have stayed with me ever since. I can't stress enough how valuable these memories are to me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I am impressed by Couchsurfing.
I have met so many people and made so many friends just by visiting one community of Couchsurfers in Bonn.
I'm looking forward to some international Couchsurfing experiences.

Interests

I absolutely love playing guitar. I am the proud owner of a Martin.
I also love drawing, I have spend a period of time specializing in anime drawings, but now I am going more into realistic drawing. My favorite drawing tools are graphit pencils. They might be dull sometimes with their gray colour, but they can also be extremely lively when used correctly. Those pencils represent my way of thinking at some point. I believe that even the grayest and most boring thing can become something lively and exciting when seen from the right perspective.I always have to move in a way, otherwise I would go nuts. I need to get out for fresh air and do some sports. Or at least work out at home.

If time permits, I love to dive into a new series of books.
I read all kinds of books ranging from fantasy to dystopian worlds, mysteries and thrillers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Single-handedly owned an Online Shop and started it off with 19 years. Only recently I decided to shut the shop down due to lack of time. Still, I look back with pride every time I think about it.
