Hello!

I'm a 24 year old, easy-going Canadian gal with a passion for travel and adventure.
I just graduated University and am taking my "gap year" now. I'm very active - I love hiking, biking, doing yoga, a friendly game of volleyball, soccer (sorry for using that term, all non-North Americans), etc! I also enjoy checking out new cafes, art galleries, famous landmarks, getting my dance on at night, and a good craft beer/glass of vino. I absolutely love music festivals and live comedic entertainment.

I've been fortunate enough to travel the world quite a bit, and I know that sightseeing is incredible, but the relationships formed abroad are invaluable. Hence why I'm looking for awesome, like-minded individuals!

I'm about to embark on a year long journey to Australia, with Melbourne being my first stop, and I would be thrilled to meet some great hosts/make a few friends in the process.

I absolutely intend on returning the favour once my nomadic days have slowed down and I'm posted up with a home somewhere :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once I submitted an entry to a national television program to win a 2 week long, cross Europe trip, and I won! The catch though - I wasn't allowed to use ANY modern technology on my trip, so roadmaps and locals we're my two best friends. I was a "tech-free correspondent" and appeared on national TV three times, detailing my experience and the challenges of going tech-free in the modern world.

Can share a stellar personality, great conversation and the high possibility of life-long friendship! When I'm eventually settled down my door will be open to couchsurfers, especially those who have hosted me before. I don't know exactly where I'll find myself settled yet, but I would love to give couchsurfers at my place a great local experience!
