CURRENT MISSION

I am a traveling musician from Alaska. I have old friends and family scattered accross the states that I have not seen in ages. So I'm on a friends, family, and music mission to see them all once again. Now is the time while I'm still young and free.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Alaska. Land of the midnight sun, grizzly bears, winter wonderland, and Sarah Palin. I was adopted from Peru as a baby and recently reunited with my biological mother after 22 years of seperation.It was beautiful and I have much family to connect with because of this. I also practice Buddhism. Buddhism brought my mother and I together and after realizing the mysticism behind this I couldn't deny that practicing Buddhism was the cause. I am so grateful. Now I am backpacking accross the states seeing old friends, family and enjoying the music on the way back to Alaska.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS is a great way to meet new people, learn new ways of living and giving back to travelers. When I move back home I plan on making my couch vacant for other surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing in Germany with a few different hosts was a huge eye opener to possibilities. I learned different depths of hospitality and kindness towards others.

Recently I have become fascinated with the art of long-term travel: Vagabonding and have just started on this long journey.

Musica, film e libri

Fight club is one of my favorites. Rx bandits is my new favorite band (check them out if you like reggae/ska/punk). Me talk pretty one day by David Sedaris is an entertaining read. I like to write poetry, songs and journals. I enjoy singing and jamming. My life is like a musical.

Junior karate-do federation olympic champion when I was twelve. Reuniting with my biological mother after 22 years. Backpacking Europe and the US currently. I have met Al Pacino while he was filming.

Sharing eacothers traveling experiences and learning from eachothers mistakes is a start. Teaching others about their inner Buddah nature. Also teaching others accelerated learning techniques because learning how to learn is the Ultimate skill. Oh and basic music theory, writing and guitar playing.
