ABOUT ME

I've been living in Japan almost two years, and work as an English teacher. I love to travel and want to explore the world around me. I don't know what I "want to be," other than a good person.
I'm curious, ask many questions, and love to laugh. I love to meet people that challenge how I'm living my life.
I want to take advantage of every minute that I'm alive.

PHILOSOPHY

Being mindful. Appreciating life. Learning. Listening to those radically different than me. Love. Hoping that romanticism is still practical (smiles). Always open to revision.

I'm new to the CS project, but I'd like to eventually host people and couch surf myself!

Laughing. Learning. Traveling. Music. Car trips with friends. Starry night walks. Eating vegetables (a new passion). Reading books for fun and to make me think more. Gardening and figuring out how to live closely with my environment..aka..the world around me, the air I breathe.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've climbed up a 14 km hill barefoot to reach Tirupati, the largest pilgrimage site in the world. I've also shaved my head.

I like to cook, and so would be willing to cook for anyone (altho you might have to bear with me as I'm still learning). I know quite a bit about plants, and I've travelled a lot. I speak French (would love to help you practice!). I'd love to learn anything about art, music, or anything else you're passionate about.
