pretty positive, active, honest dude who likes a good feed, weird music, fine wine, strong coffee and enchanting company. i've played drums and guitar in a few bands over the years. i love mountain biking and going up the wrong hills

kurt vonnegut's "we are here to fart around and don't let anyone tell you any different" pretty much sums it up. but i work hard and live with purpose! not religious but kind of spiritual, in a way; y'know, like a floatation tank....?

cycled solo from seoul to busan over 5 days during the wettest august on record. a great experience and most things in life seemed much easier after that

spent a month at a mindfulness community in northern thailand. actually life-changing
