ABOUT ME

I am a guy who possibly dreams too much and too big but it allows me to keep a child like wonder when it comes to new places, people, and experiences. I grew up in a suburban/rural area of New York, known as the wine region of the state. It is there that I have grown up with a serious and beautiful connection to nature, family, and friends. I work hard, I play hard, and love much that life has given me.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life because I have a chance to live it. I have the opportunity to control what I can or choose to, and see where it takes me. I also appreciate what I can't control. It is these options that make life mysterious, and the unknown is what I live for. I also live to surround myself with the best people I can, so far it is going well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One would say I am quite new to couchsurfing, as in, I have never done this before. I'm eager to get involved to network and make more great friends.

Interests

Adventure easily sums up many interests into one word for me. With friends I find we have conversations of deep philosophical quality which can rapidly shift into talks of crude obscureness, all very good for the soul. I am interested in learning about different people, and their stories. I like to make things with my hands...sculpt, paint, draw. I am interested in the world and all that it holds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I"ve had many great experiences and met a wide range of characters. I had a great time hiking anywhere from the Adirondacks to El Yunque in Puerto Rico. Nothing like reaching a high peak.
