Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couch surfing experience as of yet, but it is my intentions to cycle to Spain in 2013/2014 or earlier if this damned credit crunch/recession would ever pass over...still hasn’t happened....hoping one day it will !

Interests

Walking,running,hill walking,bicyles, skiing...
Just in the last year joined a hill walking club, and I love it...have met some great people...it has opened up a lot of new avenues for me. Then, in March of this year I bought a road bike...apart from a few punctures I am loving being out on the road...pedaling like mad...
update, June 2017. Just cycled round the UK....amazing! September 2018, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro....most amazing experience ever...

Music, Movies, and Books

anything from country to pop and all that goes inbetween. I'm not a 'natural' reader...I buy books with the intention of reading but just never seem to get around to it...maybe one day..:)The last book I read ....that took me nearly a year....As for movies...anything that is believeable...not into movies that are 'far fetched'

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the good fortune to have had a few foreign trips....A cruise on the Indian ocean....stopping of at La Digue,Nosybe, Zanzibar,Madagascar, Mombasa,anda few other places..truely a wonderful experience.
