ABOUT ME

I taught English in South Korea for 19 months. I then went on a 6 month solo backpacking trip through Indonesia, Malaysia, Southern Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Northern Thailand, and India.
Now back in Canada, I am a full time Yoga Instructor.
I love hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, writing, reading, drawing, travelling, snapping pictures, and eating vegan carrot cake.

I live my life trying to keep those 2 phrases in mind and it has lead me to amazing adventures, people, and experiences.

Best book I have ever read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On the East coast of the South Island of New Zealand, while whale watching I saw not one, but a pool of the rare and endangered New Zealand Hector's dolphins. I was alone on the back deck taking photos of the waves along the side of the boat and up popped a dolphin...and then 3 more, they followed us for a while and it was quite the frenzy once I made it known to the rest of the whale watchers.

I have fit a lot of life experience into my 26 years...I still have a lot more to fit in, which is why I plan to be a student of the world for life, AND I plan to teach others whatever I can along the way.
