ABOUT ME

I've just retired from my illustrious 2-year ESL teaching career and am now using my time to garden, crochet mittens, and travel to all the places I'd dreamed of visiting when I was a young whipper-snapper.

Next up: going to grad school for Chinese Art History.

I've only had wonderful experiences with CouchSurfing! And I can't wait to start hosting again when I'm settled in London in the fall.

Meeting creative people; learning about different cultures; eating and learning to cook; learning about different kinds of art; learning in general!; making woodcut prints; dancing and singing enthusiastically (and usually very badly); getting lost and then un-lost; discovering new foods that taste great when roasted over a campfire.
