ABOUT ME
I do not live in NYC. I live in Northern, NH.

All thing cheese. I am passionate about food, and learning. I love fermentation and experiments! I have goats, and travel whenever possible. I also dabble with teas, herbalism, baking, kombucha, home brews, building, and knitting. Although socializing can be a challenging it is something that I crave..and am trying to be better with.

Interesses

I crave more knowledge and understanding of food.

I am interested in learning about the areas that I am traveling through, especially in regards to culture, history, and food. I am always happy to make, discuss and eat cheese, all things that I enjoy sharing with others.

In general, I dream of living a self-sustained life in terms of food and skills. Interests extend to gardening/farming, baking, dancing, cooking, herbalism, knitting, art, hiking, to name a few.

I through-hiked the Long trail in 2011. The long trail runs along the mountain-spine of Vermont from one end to the other. I hiked from the Massachusetts, USA to Canada.
