ABOUT ME

Im a creator/designer, I use my extensive background in art & design, as well as an emerging awareness of the sciences, to create. I’m driven by the convenience to create and the infinite supply of knowledge readily available to inspire. As I explore and ponder the world around me, I design for the betterment of life, both aesthetically & functionally. Through my creations I wish to stimulate the mind to grow and the body to follow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to keep clean, washing up immediately after myself, etc. not causing a mess. I'm also easy to talk to, and helping out is what I like to do, so always feel free to ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Currently I live in an artist collective/ mansion in Detroit, However it wasnt aIways like that. Originally I was in transition, and couch surfed there for about a week. Now apart from wanting to live there to being with, it was a great honor when the invitation to stay was offered. And as you can imagine, I did:).

Now that I'm here in Chicago with a new job, I looking for more cool people.

Interests

My interest are many, but the top ones would
Have to be: Drawing, Painting, Illustrating, Sculpting, Model Making, Modeling, Acting. Basketball, Halo, Little Big Planet, Yoga, Meditation, Paper Crafts, solving Rubik's cubes, Math, Philosophy, and the Sciences.

Music, Movies, and Books

my music taste consist of a lot, and i mean alot... right now im really feeling Gotye, and their music videos, Bonobo, The Black keys, Muse, Orgone, Gorillaz, etc, etc. Movies; Chronicles was really nice, "the singularity in near" more of a documentary tho, ninja scroll, akira, . Books; Harry Potter(nerd), Atlas Shrugged, books by Jonah Lehrer, Chariots of the gods,Lamb: the gospel according to Bif, and anything art and design.

The birth of my son, seeing the landscape in Taipei, graduating college.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hands down, I love to learn, I've taught elementary to high school, however I'm still and always will be learning.

My skills are in design, and creating. currently im working with flat material, like paper and cardboard, and soon aluminium sheet ;) all in all, i use these flat material, to create "papercraft" things. and i can create a motor/generator out of the randomest things.
