Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I love meeting people from different cultures and sharing real experiences. I grew up in the Sahara Desert and now work as a guide while doing my PhD in geology, so I’ve always been curious about the world and the stories behind places. For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about hosting or staying—it’s about meaningful conversations, laughing over tea, learning from each other, and seeing the world through new eyes. It’s a simple and beautiful way to connect.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy traditional Amazigh (Berber) music, desert blues, and anything with a deep rhythm and soul. I also like listening to chill world music while traveling or working. Always open to discovering new sounds from different cultures.
