I'm a 38y old tunisian sports and cinema lover and geek. I like to laugh and have fun et play games (card, board, video... any type). I currently live in my homeland Tunisia, but also lived in and traveled to many countries in Africa, Asia and Europe, for most of my youth and early adult life but as of now, I never tried couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to couchsurfing.

I'm very passionate about sports and in February 2018, I'm planning to go to the winter Olympics in Peyongchang, South Korea, for the first time. attending the Olympics is a lifelong dream of mine and the fact that it's in SK, where I lived in the early 90s and that some events will take place on the same slope where I skied for the first and last time in my life, made it no brainer for me that I had to be there.

While planning for my trip, and since my budget is tight, I remembered about couchsurfing and thought why not try it (since it's the trip of firsts) and kill two birds with one stone : make a friend and save money.

So there you have it, I'm (for now) mainly here to find, hopefully, a future friend and a "couch" for the olympics (feb 9-20) in Seoul (or somewhere along the new KTX line to commute everyday to the event sites).
