Hello everyone, I’m Medea Fresc, a 26-year-old Italian girl. I live in Ivrea, a small town in the north of Italy, near the Alps, in a farmhouse in the countryside. I’ve just finished my university career in sociology and at the moment I’m travelling in Asia with my boyfriend Giovanni. Actually we are in Vietnam and we really like this country and Vietnamese people.
We would like to live this journey away from the touristic places, in contact with the local people to discover the culture and traditions of this land and its peoples. A few days ago we stayed in a northern village, guests at the home of a Vietnamese family and it was a wonderful experience.
We would love to do more similar experiences and meet new local people with whom to share this trip 🤲🏻

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it's a great cultural exchange initiative. It's the best way to get to know another land and the people who live there.
I have never liked hotels or mass tourism, I prefer to enter the heart of a culture and not look at it from a majestic building.
