I live in Dayton, Ohio with my beautiful wife and wonderful pets. My wife is a getting her doctorate at the University of Dayton. I work as an analayst for small business specializing in analytical support and data visualization.

I think we're good company.

I'm not really interested in watching a million tv stations at once. If you come over, you need to pick one station and stick with it. Don't flip during commercials. It's annoying.

Music, Movies, and Books

So I'm really into meat. Whenever I give blood I always register very high levels of iron. These days I'm really into smoking meats at home. This year I'm venturing into the world of charcuterie. I wish I could tell you that I was very good at it, but I'm still learning. Anyway, if you're into prepared meats, we'll probably have a lot to talk about.

If you're a vegetarian, that's ok too. We'll probably have less meat-based banter. But, for what it's worth, I get a good deal of my meat from local farms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've gone skydiving. I've been camping in the middle of nowhere, far up north in the Northwest territories. I was in Kabul, Afghanistan for a week in 2011. I'm writing a book on developing analytical applications with Microsoft Excel. Not much else, I guess.
