I am Mees. I'm a 19 year old guy from Silvolde. Which is a small village in the Eastern part of the Netherlands, near the German border.

It might be needless to say; but I really love travelling a lot! Besides that I am interested in language learning and I am a Eurovision fan.

Since I'm 16 years old I've been to all editions of the Eurovision Song Contest, all alone. And last year I was the delegation host for the Dutch delegation at Junior Eurovision in Nice, France. That's where I met a very pretty, nice and lovely girl, her name is Jodie and she was the delegation host of the Italian delegation. She became my girlfriend, and recommended me to create a couchsurfing account, so we could travel together.
