About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I’m a normal girl with a normal dream – to travel. I want to explore countries, not just ‘Top 10 tourist destination’ bucket lists, but to really see, feel, experience, and live in a new place.
ABOUT ME
Pretty chilled, but and I love a good bit of banter and a laugh! I had a pretty lucky childhood and was raised on a small boat that my Dad built. I love getting the chance to go back out on the water and after 10 years with my feet on dry land studying the travel bug has hit hard!
PHILOSOPHY
I’m still working it out. I do believe that things will always work out in the end, and if not it will make one hell of a good story!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My friend Sophie (she is on here as well) and I are travelling through Chile/Bolivia/Peru over the next few months! After discovering couchsurfing, we agreed it would be an awesome way to meet people and make friends along the way (it’s almost too good to be true!). By the sounds of it, this lets you into someone else’s world and experiencing that with them is something real. Not just a walk through with a camera!
Interests
I love going on adventures and exploring new places.
Learning about new art techniques - especially printmaking! Art and creative outlets in general I guess. Im also really interested in sustainability and new innovative design’s.
And hammocks, can’t go past a good hammock to have a snooze in or read a book!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music music music! Everything from the Putumayo collections and Buddha Bar through to Chet Faker and Matt Corby. You cant beat going out and seeing live music - it's where the magic happens.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
...this is a hard one! I feel as though my own adventures are just starting to happen and hopefully soon I will be able to have lots of wonderful stories!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my knowledge about the Abel Tasman (a national park in New Zealand) where I worked over the 14/15 summer! So if you ever visit you will know the ins and outs and sound like a local.
I would love to be able to speak Spanish properly - hoping to pick it up as I go.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can provide alright chat and some above average banter over a cheeky brew!
